The Internet Had Links. Solana Has Instructions.

A link points somewhere. An instruction asks a program to do something with a specific set of accounts.

That makes a transaction feel like a tiny document made of verbs, addresses, signers, and permissions.

Composability comes from instructions invoking programs that may invoke other programs. The path is useful only when the account list and logs remain readable.

The old internet taught me to follow links. Solana is teaching me to follow instructions.
